Summary: Good and Bad
Comment: The program has some interesting features like suggested meals based on 1000 calories a day. You can determine your body mass index and risk levels. It also has a cholesterol profile which shows LDL, HDL & Triglycerides.
That said, I found the program a bit confusing to use. It didn't come with instructions and there isn't any rhyme or reason for inputting information.
It would be nice to have an intial screen pop up where answers to questions regarding my particular profile could be answered and once that was done, various fields would be populated and I could receive suggestions based on my information.
Instead I just selected various menu items from the top of the screen and went in to each area to see what it was. Some areas asked for my information, some did not.
It's a good program but it could be better!
