Comment: The Lyme Disease Solution Singleton has an ability to breakdown complex pieces of information into understandable parts, bringing together his experience as a lyme patient with medical and wholistic understandings. He includes the reactions to be expected with particular courses of antibiotic treatment, supplements to support healing, and a four stage diet plan. Helpful for both lyme patients and their caregivers.

Comment: If I were to recommend a single book with all of the informtion one would need to know about Lyme disease and related co-infections, this would be it. It is hands down the most concise yet comprehensive reference out there for lyme patients today. Dr. Singleton's book is beautifully written, informative, and infused with such a positive and caring tone, that my family and I find reading it to be as emotionally uplifting as it is medically therapeutic in its treatment suggestions. I am especially impressed by his willingness to utilize the best of both traditional and integrative medicine, always offered in combination with plenty of practical common sense. In addition, Dr. Singleton addresses other, more commonly overlooked aspects of this illness, including the emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs of a patient suffering from what can be a very debilitating disease. Every practicing physician treating lyme disease today could also benefit greatly from this book.

Comment: Dr. Singleton's new book is wonderful. If you have suffered with Lyme like I have, you know how frustrating it can be to just not feel good and not know what to do to feel better. Plain and simple: if you read this book and really digest what's in it, it will change the way you think about treating your Lyme disease as well as just how to feel better and live better. I bought a copy for my library and for my family doctor. It is very thorough, easy to read, and well worth the investment, for sure!

Comment: I just read this book and it is the best book I've read so far on Lyme. Healing Lyme is another good book and this one is similar and very helpful in so many ways. The chapters are easily read. His understanding of how Lyme affects your immune system is brilliant and quite insightful. He also suggest certain herbs and supplements (similar to those in Healing Lyme Disease). Very well written. Very very helpful. If you have Lyme, it is a MUST READ.
